• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

'internal error' when adding customer/domain

MartijnJ

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I'm testing Plesk 11, coming from 8.6 it is a lot better. Nevertheless I came across some issues.

When I want to add a new customer, and subsequently create a new subscription/domain in the same window, I get an 'internal error' message. Afterwards it looks like everything was added correctly, but I am not completely sure...

Anyone also facing this issue? I'm running 11.0.9 on CentOS 6.3.

Thanks!

Could you please describe this issue with step-by-step instruction for reproducing?

Thanks for your reply.

Go to 'Customers' --> 'Add new customer' --> fill in all fields, so add customer, subscription/domain at the same time. If I press 'OK', the button changes in 'Please wait' and gives the 'internal error' message on top.

Thanks, will try to do it. I have three servers with CentOS 6.3 and Plesk 11.0.9 and all face the same issue. Someone else maybe a 6.3 setup running without issues?
