Today I tried to add a customer, but I was hit with a 'Internal error' message and no new subscriptions was added...
I have NO idea why this happens, any one got an idea?
OS Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #43
Any additional details, error messages, logs, steps to reproduce, etc? Message "it doesn't work" is really not enough for problem understanding and troubleshooting.

The only thing Plesk tells me is 'internal error' in a red field at the top, and the "OK" button keeps spinning with the text "Please wait" on it.
Logs?
I'm a noob at Linux so if you can point me to that file you want I'll fetch it.
Steps to reproduce?
I'm just trying to add a new subscription thru the Plesk panel as usual.

Yes I know, but Plesk does not tell me anything more, silly is it not?
I have now read trough the KB you linked to.
I can not find anything useful at all in it...
It only lists the files that Plesk uses, I don't know that to do with that?!? - This article's sole purpose is to provide information regarding services that Plesk interacts with. Shown below are these services' configuration and log file locations which may be useful in a troubleshooting procedure.
It doesn't say anything about my problem or any problem at all.
What do you mean that I should do?
