Internal Plesk error occurred: error: Cannot open file

adamjimenez

Basic Pleskian
I get this error when trying to access plesk:

"Internal Plesk error occurred:
error: Cannot open file"

How can I find out which file it's looking for?

There is nothing in /var/log/sw-cp-server

Thanks!

Do you have /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log file?
Do you have the same permissions on /var/log/sw-cp-server/ directory?

# stat /var/log/sw-cp-server/

sorry I meant there was nothing useful there:

Did you changed any config file recently? /etc/group, for example?

not that i'm aware of. we recently had a server crash and had this problem since then.

Seems to be an issue with php files in plesk webserver

I created test.html in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs - works ok
I created test.php in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs - causes the same error

So I figure it's to do with files that are pulled in by:
auto_prepend_file=auth.php3
