• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Internal Server Error after Login to Plesk Panel

Joe Deegan

New Pleskian
Hi,

After trying to log in to the control panel I get a completely white screen. Plesk Mobile returns 500 Server Error.

running

tail -fn0 /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log

returns nothing when attempting to discover the issue.

I have attempted to restart the psa and cp-server services but this does not have any effect. Neither does running plesk repair -y

Please can someone advise how I can resolve this?

Plesk 12.5
CentOS 6.7 Final

Thanks

Hi Igor,

Thanks for that, I will remember that one.

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'modules/fileserver/FileServerStatus.php' (include_path='/usr/local/sb/include:/usr/local/psa/admin/plib:/usr/local/psa/admin/externals:/usr/local/sb/include:/usr/local/sb/include/PEAR') in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/ExtendedServerInfo.php on line 1948

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions?

It was because the Plesk File Server wasn't installed? Was this caused by a micro-update? If not, why could this happen? We don't think we have ever had File Server Installed...

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I just ran plesk installer and added the File Server component, in case anyone is in the same situation.
