Internal Server Error

LouieM

New Pleskian
I'm trying to import a XML document for a wordpress theme to a wordpress site. The size of the file is 0.99MB. Everytime I try to upload it I get the following message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache Server at www.aviationdays.co.uk Port 80

Can you let me know what to change in my settings so I can import?

Thanks

You can find out Apache error logs at

Web server (Apache)
Code:
Access and Error logs: /var/log/httpd/
Plesk domains logs: /var/www/vhosts/%d/statistics/logs/

Sorry I'm rather new to this. Is this accessible from the Plesk control panel & if so how do I access it ?

Thanks

Yes, you can check this through your domain control panel >>Websites & Domains >> Show Advanced Operations >> Logs >> and check error_logs
