Resolved Issue upgrading from Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

My plesk installation on ubuntu 18.04 is failing with the following errors:

Alright, i got it figured out. I didnt expect it to be the cause but it fixed it.
I had some duplicates sources listed in my apt and that made the auto installer crash.
