Experiencing the same issues;
removed the obsolete channel from SA by renaming the
/etc/mail/spamassassin/channel.d/sought.conf file

Awaiting the proper fix for the log rotation though

Fixed: Change Log for Plesk Obsidian

In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.34 and later, the Plesk administrator no longer receives daily emails from the Plesk cron task notifying that “ls: cannot open directory /usr/lib64/httpd/modules”. (PPPM-12853)
