I am not sure what PN means? I ran this command at CMD: "%plesk_bin%\keymng.exe" --get-key-number and this as:

You license key indicate that you are user of reseller. This type of Plesk users was not covered by this support program. Now we have included them too. Therefore you may try to submit form again a little bit later.

The transfer/migration process showed completed but didn't find the contents for the domains. Can you suggest how to resolve it?

have you tried running same version of migration manager on both server. We had same issue with one of our server. Downloading and installing latest version of migration agents
