Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.
Database engine should be switched from Jet to MySQL during upgrade procedure. Contact your provider or Parallels support team if you can't fix it by yourself - http://www.parallels.com/support/
don't tell me the way plesk support ask key ticket number when give all saying contact our reseller or partner when we contact softlayer they say we still waiting for plesk people planing no support just going here and there

how i make sure the mysql DB for plesk running when i go for reconfigurator i found both mysql and MSSQL with empty fields which means no DB yet setup what i do now?
