Okey, i resolve this problem by my self.
    So.
    Before
About 1 month ago i started migration of one domain from another server, but something went wrong, and i stoped it (in Plesk control panel).

    Now.

    root 23770 99.8 0.0 885528 2960 ? R Jan02 20654:52 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/launchpad --send-scout --host=**.***.**.*** --port=21 --login=eurogeo --session-path=/usr/local/psa/PMM/msessions/20130102140315212

How i understand migration agent tried to do something in back ground.

    Solution
I've deleted all msessions folders, kill launchpad process, and that's it.
