Launchpad eating CPU

Hello, what launchpad do in plesk? because few times per week about 10-15 minutes per day launchpad eating 100% cpu.

How to fix it?

Server health parameter "Services > Apache CPU usage" changed its status from "yellow" to "red".

Print screen of top. I can't find any information about launchpad in plesk or centos.

Okey, i resolve this problem by my self.
So.
Before
About 1 month ago i started migration of one domain from another server, but something went wrong, and i stoped it (in Plesk control panel).

Now.

How i understand migration agent tried to do something in back ground.

Solution
I've deleted all msessions folders, kill launchpad process, and that's it.
