License Key?

Ordered MagicSpam through Parallels this morning. It installed okay, but now it tells me it needs a license key for it. I contacted MagicSpam (actually LinuxMagic) and they said that my license key for the product came from Parallels. Parallels didn't send me a license key, and when I tried to reply to the order confirmation email, my reply bounced.

So I went into Plesk panel and hit retrieve keys. No luck.

Does anybody know how the heck I get the license key? Or did I just pay Parallels for a product I'll never be able to use?
