  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I am trying to migrate a few domains from linux plesk 8.6 to linux plesk 10.2.

When executing
/usr/local/psa/bin/pre9-backup-convert -v convert -d /var/lib/psa/dumps/ szentimrebackup
I get the following error:
Runtime error: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getGuid'

Tried uploading to the server backup repository, the gui gives the following error:
Error: FTP dump file does not exists

and examining the PMM log file, states the same as previous:
[12:13:22|INFO: 1190:p.log] Executing utility: /usr/local/psa/bin/pre9-backup-convert convert --timestamp=1111041213 --directory=/var/lib/psa/dumps /tmp/php49BBQe
[12:13:22|INFO: 1190:p.log] The utility executed with the return code 1
[12:13:22|INFO: 1190:p.log] The return code was
No output on STDOUT were performed by the utility
The output on STDERR was:
Runtime error: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getGuid'

[12:13:22|INFO: 1190:p.log] Repository '/var/lib/psa/dumps/': Check imported domains/szentimre/converted_szentimre_info_1111041213.xml
[12:13:22|INFO: 1190:p.log] pmm-ras finished. Exit code: 127

How can I proceed to import the backup from plesk 8.6?

Looks like some database inconsistency. It is required detailed investigation directly on your servers, therefore contact support team would be better solution.
