local mailbox not relaying

hello everyone

after i setted on relaying with smtp authentication on mailserver settings.

still is there possibility to send email to local mailbox without any authentication? is that not weird?
i want also smtp authentication for the local mailboxes because of there is tons of mails sending by this way to us mailboxes!

any suggestions are welcome
