Issue Log file browser - will Plesk only view current (uncompressed) log?

GuiltySpark

New Pleskian
Will Plesk not read previous (rotated & compressed) logs?

I tried putting in a filter to check the logs for a few days ago but on clicking "apply" nothing happens?

Hi,

Plesk must read rotated and compressed logs. What logs are you trying to view? Please provide a list of files from your log directory (/var/www/vhosts/{youdomain}/logs)

Its my Apache SSL logs which I believe translate to "logs/access_ssl.log.processed "
access_ssl.log.processed
logs from 09/Dec/2019:03:37:35 to 11/Dec/2019:03:04:53 (now)
access_ssl.log.processed.1.gz
logs from 06/Dec/2019:03:32:27 to 09/Dec/2019:03:36:50

I have 10 compressed logs (which I think is the default configuration).

If in Plesk I use the use the Logs function and just tick "Apache SSL/TLS access" logs and then use the From drop-down and click "prev day" and apply, nothing happens.

btw I should have said:
