• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Log outgoing emails from Plesk panel to users?

jnthn

Basic Pleskian
Is it possible to see a log of emails sent by Plesk panel to users in Plesk?

I host customer websites on a Plesk server and do most of the management for them. I already disabled most notifications to users, so my customers wouldn't get (scary technical) messages they don't really understand.

Still, it would be nice if I can see a log of messages that were sent by Plesk. That could help me figure out if the notification settings are strict enough, and also review what is sent in case a customer asks questions about a message they received from Plesk.

Hi, @jnthn . There's no designated log for system notifications if that's what you are after. Notifications sent from Plesk are logged like any regular email message in the mail log, which you can check by the command line or through the Log Browser extension > Mail tab.

@Sebahat.hadzhi Clear! Thanks for your reply.

Alternatively, is there a way to CC/BCC every email from Plesk to users? Perhaps a global Plesk setting for that, or could I enter my own email address as second address for every Plesk user I create?
