Log viewer for mail?

Is there a program out there that can either read my log and some how keep track of the amount of e-mails being sent by each user and generate a report for that? I'd like to see if there are users on my server spamming. I just got notifed by 1and1 that they are getting a lot of complaints of e-mail spam coming from my server. There is no open relay and I haven't been able to pin point a source of spam. All php scripts seem secured. So basically i'd like to see the amount of e-mails sent from my server and by which user. Can this be done?
