Logging in to MySQL Admin

I am running a Windows 2003 server and Plesk 7.5.3

When I go to a domain and create a MySQL database, it adds it just fine. I can add a user just fine, but I cannot login to the MySQL database admin. I click on the icon and it very quickly doesn't do anything. I don't get an error message or anything. Nothing happens.

I know I should be able to login, but can't.

Q1 - Is there a manual way to login to a local domain MySQL database?

Q2 - Is there a non-Plesk MySQL administrative tool that I could use?

Q3 - I am not sure if Plesk install configures the Windows ODBC settings automatically. Is there a document that would walk through how to setup and/or check the windows odbc settings?

Make sure you don't have any popup-blocker active when trying to open mysql admin. I had the same issue and had to explicitly allow popups for the plesk domain.

in case you can't get it working, the URL plesk uses to open phpMyAdmin is:
https://domain.tld:8443/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/


PLESK uses phpMyAdmin (http://www.phpmyadmin.net/), you can install it standalone in your domain hosting to administrate your databases.

Thanks so much for the tip. It is such a silly little thing, but the pop up blocking on my browser was doing it.
