loglevel debug issue

hi i'm new to all of this and i have worked through all of my other issues but this one has got me a bit stuck. Any help would be recived with great thanks.

i'm useing 11.5.30 and trying to run prestashop if that helps

does it matter were it going in to the the .htaccess file?

now i get this error

sorry noob moment over you have to repalce the whole file with this done that now on to the next error but atleast its not server based. result

no matter what i do i still get the same error or if i replace the content of my .htaccess the website doesn't load properly how can i sort this problem out?
