    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

is it better to upgrade from plesk or console?

Plesk says 2.1.0 as latest version; Magento notification says that there is 2.1.6 out.
