Issue Mail Controlled By Plesk Help

Hi Plesk,

Having some issues with setting up Plesk on my dedicated box to control my email.

I have followed documentation but not sure what is going on.

Added the domain (techie2go.com) and then created email address. It sends successfully, and gets marked as spam by gmail, but will not reply back to it.

I did set my dns for webmail.techie2go.com and mail.techie2go.com just not sure what is going on -.- Driving me nuts. Someone help please.

to investigate possible issues/errors/problems with your mail - server, it is recommended to use

=> Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com
or/and
=> MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox ( techie2go.com Domain Health shows: No DMARC - entry / No SPF - entry )​

Consider to add the corresponding eMail - header of your eMail with issues, if you desire further investigation help from the Plesk community.
