Question Mail Stuck In Que after restarting server

Server operating system version

CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core)

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.58_build1800240123.15 os_CentOS 7

When I restarted the server, the mail piled up in the que and cannot be delivered. This happened once before and support used an ssh command to turn on a component and that solved it. Does anyone know what the ssh command is to turn mail delivery back on or force the mail ?

The first think to test will be whether your mail server is running, e.g.
# systemctl status postfix
