Just to let you guys know, been testing smartermail 3 and plesk 7.5.6
Only issue i've had so far is with managing mailling lists. The button is completely grayed out. There is a message at the side -->
"The current mail server does not support external mailing list management"
checked with swsoft -->"It appears to be that currently SmarterMail doesn't support managing mailing lists externally. The mailing lists button is therefore disabled in Plesk."
checked with smartertools -->"Sw-Soft is right on the money. At the present time, we do not support external mailing list administration."
This really bugs me. Had a lot of problems with Mail enable (i dont know why we expected so much from something so free). Was really impressed with smartermail..and then this...
Still waiting for word from smartertools if they are gonna fix this anytime soon.
Is anyone using an older smartermail version, but the mailing list managemnet via Plesk works?
Is merak the only other alternative?
