mailinglist button not visible

i have one client and some domains under client.

there is one domain who want to have mailing list feature and from both domain and client level we gave full permission to use unlimited mailing list but somehow there is not button for miling list in plesk 8.1

how should i make mailing list from my plesk ?

please guide me

i am using smartermail 4.1 with my plesk 8.1 windows.
