Issue mails not delivery to outlook/hotmail/live

Yes, problem looks like its not on plesk, because email is sent. take look at junk mail folder.
make sure prt is valid both ways. I mean hostname point to ip, ip rdns point back to hostname, make sure you have correct spf records.
