Hi Recently we took Windows VPS hosting in and we are getting the error. Any suggestions.

If the machine was rebooted during the cloning process, you may need to remove the file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\var\maintenance\status.json

I don't have access to that file. what is another solution?

You will need to have administrator access with the ability to RDP to the server in question so you can delete that file. If you do not have that ability you will need to check with your VPS provider if they can help reset the password or get you access somehow. Most VPS providers does have a self help ability to resetting administration passwords you just need to find it.
