Make new user and give 1 database only

Hi
i have a little problem: 1 have to create a new user, for example "webmaster" with ftp access, plesk access and database access.

My problem is: after i make all, this user can see all database for this domain.
Can i show him only 1 database (him database)?

If yes, how i can do?

i follow this guide, but when i make a new user and a new database, this user can see all my other database.

Can you explane me how i can edit?
