Issue Mattermost chats, messages and groups not showing after migrating from one server to other

Hello,
I migrated my plesk account from Rocky linux 8 to Ubuntu 22.04, when i reinstall the Mattermost extension and login to my user the old chat, groups and messages are not showing. Any one knows how to resolve this issue?

Since Plesk is not the developer of Mattermost, your best option would be to ask on the Mattermost forums. It's possible that the information stored is stored elsewhere that you can just backup from the older server and restored to the new but I don't think anyone here would know what or how, though.

One limit of the Plesk Migrator is still that it does not copy extension settings from the old to the new server.
