Migrating domains with applications installed

When i migrated my domains with web applications, although the website and databases are successfully migrated. When i go into the clients application page and select manage installed applications, Plesk says No items found. Which pretty much means there is no continuity.
Is there a way to migrate to plesk 10 and the applications installed for the client still shows up in Plesk 10.

i am migrating from plesk 9.2 to Plesk 10.1.1
