Migration Error

Hi everyone. I am trying to use the Migration Manager Utility; but everytime I try to connect to my old server (runs Plesk 7.5.6) I keep getting the same error message:

"Network error: Connection timed out"

My new server runs Plesk 8.1.1

I open a ticket with my hosting company (the new one) and they told me:

"Please be sure that you have SSH and root access enabled on your server that you're trying to connect to on the IP 209.34.173.123"

So Ichecked with the other company and they told me:

"SSH is used for Linux environment operating system. You have windows VPS server and for connecting to it you need to use RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)."

and then also:

"It is not possible to connect windows server via ssh / putty s/w. Please download RDP via link http://psgweb.ucsf.edu/ts/RDPClient.asp on your local machine and connect to your windows VPS server."

I am not sure what to do...

Any workarrounds ?

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks!
