  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Migration & Transfer Manager error

Ignacio Cerro

New Pleskian
When trying to migrate from one Plesk Onyx server to another, both same version number (17.0.17 Update #1), we get this error:

Failed to fetch configuration data from Plesk servers
Cause: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'iter'
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

Source server OS is CentOS 6.8, destination is CentOS Linux 7.2.1511.

We did one test with the source server not yet updated to Plesk Onyx, and that error message didn't appear.

Hello! It looks like an known issue PMT-3175. Could you please send me (via private conversation) debug.log file of your migration?
