• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Missing customers, domains and subscripts after upgrade from 11.5 to 12

New Pleskian
Hello,

I upgraded from 11.5 to 12 on debian squeeze
After install (without errors) I was aked to type in my user information like it would have been a new install.
All domains are still present on server and reachable. But I can't see any customer, domain or subscription.

The databases from the domains are still available but somehow not connected to PLESK anymore.

Any suggestions?

regards

chris

Hello,

it seems the psa database was completely killed.
I have a mysql.plesk.core.dump, but i am not sure if I can import it to mysql without creating more problems (if possible).

regards

chris
