• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello @Sebahat.hadzhi , We are also experiencing issues with the Monitoring feature in Plesk. Whenever we try to open it, we receive the following error message:

“An unexpected error occurred.”

This problem has been happening since today (5 August 2025).

Is this issue already known to you?

@Petje , yes, you were likely seeing the error due to the reported issue, which is sorted out now. Please let us know if it is still ongoing on your end.

We're having kinda the same problem. After some time the screen goes white with "An unexpected error occured".
In the Plesk log we have multiple entries:
extension/monitoring -> /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/monitoring/library/Http/HttpClient.php(122): Read timed out after 20 seconds
