Moving emails from 7.5.4 to 8.4

Is it possible to move emails from another host running Plesk 7.5 to another one that has 8.4?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Most likely it can be done as in case of mail migration between Plesk CP 7.5.4 and Plesk CP acting as centralized mail server:

It is better to check this solution on test server before applying it live server.
