Multiple e-mails on two different linux servers.

Hi there, running ubuntu 10.04 and plesk 10 on two different boxes.

Getting reports from users on both that they are getting copies of messages they have already recieved over and over again. The messages are not visible in webmail.
Im not sure whre to look because if they are not in the queue, then how do you clear the stuck messages?
how would they be doing this in the first place?

The only thing i see that is odd is that there are some messages in the main queue that i cant delete and look bogus:

the wierd empty messages i managed to clear using postfixes clear command

They are back again today. What is the deal with these messages that show up in the plesk mail queue but not the postfix queue when i use command "mailq" they are not there.

this is something i see on both boxes as well.
