MySQL Connection error.

Hi,

I got the attached error while trying to reset MySQL password.

"Test connection to the database server has failed because of network problems:

Failed to connect to database: Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"

I tried one link where I need to edit mysql.ini and delete drop tables line and restart MySQL. But of no use.

Please help.
