Resolved Mysql Server missing from Plesk

Basic Pleskian
our clients complain they are not able to create mysql database so we check and found the mysql database server is missing from Plesk > Tools & Settings >Database Servers.

clients can see there existing database and they are working fine. but they are unable to create new mysql databases.
