Resolved MySql Setting

I want to change defaults settings

max_connections=500
interactive_timeout=15
wait_timeout=15
max_connections=500
​

I open C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\Data\my.ini and save with new setting
Then restart mysql and noy apply the new setting.

Why?

I found the real path : https://kb.plesk.com/en/6648

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Databases\MySQL\data\my.ini , the other path C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\Data\my.ini is PleskMySql.
