Basic Pleskian
With Sitebuilder 4.0 I'm not able to change the URL of a customer's site. What they get automatically when they build their trial site is what they're stuck with.

Also, with Sitebuilder 3.0 the naming format is customer_name.sitebuilder.hostname.com

That format is not supported in Sitebuilder 4.0 ?

There is no such feature in the SB 3.0, it was only in the SB 2.x version. Such feature also not supported in the SB 4.0. But there are some plans to return this feature in the future version.
