Please be more specific. What exactly doesn't work? How it can be reproduced? Do you have any results of troubleshooting?

in more Actions Add Scheduled Backup Settings

Also check content of this table in Plesk database - BackupsScheduled:
# plesk db "select * from BackupsScheduled"

in in /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/pmmcli_daemon.log no recods arround at 7.45

but do not create on my ftp backupfiles when autobackup

I think that there is problem with connection or uploading backup on your ftp repository. You can find it in backup logs. Contact Parallels Support Team if you can't find and fix it by yourself. Experienced supporters with check and fix this issue directly on your server.

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://odin.com/hcap/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://odin.com/hcap/support/buy-support/. Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
If it is found that your problem was caused by product bug w/o available solution or workaround from Parallels, then your purchase will be re-funded.

my be easier to remove and install another system, which will be free to support their bugs
