Issue newbie asking for help with Backup import

Hi Folks. A long story, but the only copy of a clients website is a Plesk Backup and I need to get it imported into my local plesk server (running on the trial licence right now) to be able to export the wordpress data from it.
Using Backup manager I have (numerous times) imported the data, but after the import has completed the imported data is not shown as a backup available. Been scouring various forums and am out of ideas.
I have exported the Backup Manager restore logs and am seeing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
I can see various issues in the logs but am clueless what todo to fix.

Could you enable verbose logging in /usr/local/psa/admin/share/pmmcli/pmmcli-rc

, import the backup and post the logs from /var/log/plesk/PMM/import-XXX/import.log?
 
The backup was imported to /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/theatrum-vitae.com. You need to create the subscription 'theatrum-vitae.com' and restore your data with the subscription's Backup manager.
 
Thanks, but no differnet. I created a customer instead of using my admin account, then I created a subscription for them, activated it, logged in as the user, uploaded the archive..same result..nothing :(

I'm now seeing this when I login to plesk backup manager. Seems to explain the issues, but is a little out of my area of knowledge.... Does it mean anything meaningful to anyone on here? Thanks.

You need to go to Subscriptions > theatrum-vitae.com > Backup Manager to find out and restore your backup. Post the log files /var/log/plesk/PMM/migration.log, /var/log/plesk/PMM/pmmcli.log if you do not find your backup there.
 
Thats exactly what I did in my post from a couple of days ago.... I already posted the logs..the second zip archive in this thread...
