Question No *accdb ODBC driver available.

The ODBC Data Sources app does not have a driver for the *.accdb Access database. How do I get one downloaded?

This article simply says that we have to pick a Driver.

But my question is about the fact that NOT ALL ODBC drivers are listed in Plesk.

How can we "REGISTER" a new ODBC Driver so that Plesk lists it?

Unfortunately, there is no way to add any custom ODBC driver to Plesk. But if you want to see support of some specific ODBC driver - you can create a feature suggestion using UserVoce.

It's not a part of panel.ini or any other config and can not be modified safely, if you are interested about this aspect of building.

ODBC drivers are nothing more than registry values to DLL files in the Windows Server registry.
Plesk can easily list them, and that would terribly help userbase.

I think that we should vote for these feature requests :

• Add ability to select 64-bit drivers in ODBC Data Sources
• Add new database formats to ODBC Data Sources menu
• Install MySQL Connector/ODBC 8.0 to support modern TLS versions and ciphers
