No Cronjob with Plesk 11.0.9

After upgrading from 10.4.4 to 11.0.9 the cronjobs don't work. This is the error message: "execv("/bin/bash") failed
system error: No such file or directory"
The user has full ssh rights (http://kb.parallels.com/en/111351)

Cronjob: /usr/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN.COM/httpdocs/cron.php

Do you get the same error when the user runs /usr/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN.COM/httpdocs/cron.php directly from SHELL or better still he runs:

php -f /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN.COM/httpdocs/cron.php
