Resolved no email sent from plesk

Plesk 17.8.11
I've also setting mail server with external mail server, but I don't receive any email from plesk (cron error, server error, …)
What could be the reason?

Check your mail log file at /var/log/mail.log (debian) or /var/log/maillog (RHEL/CentOS), there you'll find more information along with any possible error messages.

Thank you again: on plesk I've to add a flag for "server required cripted email"
Now all works well
