Resolved No FTP button in hosting panel

My hosting panel does not have an FTP button (see attached) How do I get it back!

Is this your own server? It looks like you don't have permission to use hosting features in this account.

Its the panel for my virtal private server

It has had a FTP button in the past

(There are two ways to get to the panel - the one I normally use has admin access but the other, via the account panel, I now knows does not)
