No migration agents found. Data migration is not available

I'm trying to transfer accounts froma a capanel 11.28 red hat linux to a plesk 10.0.1 centOS 5 brand new server but I'm always getting this error:
No migration agents found. Data migration is not available

I've checked my /root/.basahrc file and there's no output.

Any help?

Now you can try migrate cPanel to Plesk 9.x with provided agent and then perform upgrade to 10.x version.
