Not all template files are copied into users/preview folder

Using SB 2.1.2 I encountered that not all of the files from the repository/templates folder will be copied into the users/preview folder. Just the folder structure, a index.html and the logo.gif are transfered, but not css and the other image files. In version 2.1.1 no such problem arises (as I just improved on downgrading).

Is were a patch available?
