The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

one of my servers updates yesterday morning automatically to 18.0.34 Update 1, another not and while trying to update it manually there is no 18.0.34 Update 1 anymore in the Change Log...

Can confirm. Have a staging that was on 18.0.34 now on Update #1, did not update manually. See change history leads to Change Log for Plesk Obsidian
Yes, the update has been recalled due to a detected problem with WordPress Toolkit in the case of a large number of WordPress sites.

Yes. It is fixed in Update #2.
