Issue Onix 17 not access the mobile application

After updating Plesk to the Onix 17 version, I can not access the mobile application.
Is there any incompatibility in the mobile version?
It does not recognize the URL or the password.

Mobile app is compatible. Try to re-connect ones again. Make sure you're entering the hostname, not URL and proper password.
If the problems still exist, please provide the additional information: which mobile OS do you use, the output of "plesk version" command (via ssh under the root user).

The access is done with the name of the vps server.
The version is 1.7 release 4.
The plesk admin panel password was changed a few months ago, I do not remember if that was the cause of not being able to log in to the mobile anymore.
