Issue Onix update from 17.0.17 to 17.5.3 error

Hello everyone,
We are trying to upgrade a Onyx 17.5.3 in Ubuntu 16.04 and process always stucks on the next step
Creating plesk- dovecote-IMAP-Controller (17.5.3-ubuntu16.04.build1705170317.16) ...
We have got a new server, there are no Domains, nothing but new installation of Plesk.

No we have no clue about the issue. The only thing we could do is reinstall the server with the old version 17.0.17.
Thanks in advance for any help.
